Winter news 2010

The colder weather is here and this is  the best time to actually get some of my own scrapbooking   projects done
(ok try to get some done). I love to hibernate with a hot drink and scrap the days away. That is between hockey,
skating, work, and shoveling snow. Some place in there I will make some “me” time for some much needed scrap
therapy! Lots of activities happing in and around the studio this holiday season.

Time to renew your studio
memberships and if you aren’t a member it’s the time to sign up. For only $30 here are
some of the benefits:
A year of Scrapbook & Cards Today  reserved for you the entire year.
Special discounts on some classes and all crops.
Notifications of special deals, products, other news before everyone else.
Use of my studio, tools, inks, stamps, die cutters and tons more for the year.
Double stamps on your discount card the last Saturday of each Month.
Use of the lending library.
Members only specials on products.
More benefits, ask me for details.

I will be having a winter crop at the Winchester Community Centre on Saturday, January 30th from 9:00am to 4:
00pm. I will start taking sign ups and payment for the crop after the Fall crop on November 21st. The crop is only
$15.00 for members and, $20.00 for non-members. There will be classes, prizes, challenges, pot luck, and a new
“free trade” table. Bring your unwanted or gently used scrapbooking items and trade them for something of equal
value. Left over donations will be given to one of the many scrapbooking groups I donate to. There is limited space
for the crop and registration is only accepted with payment (no refunds).

Classes this season include: a Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses card class and a Little Yellow Bicycle  Christmas mini
album. If you want to take a class not on the schedule, remember you can book a class at your convenience with
your own group. You can also book the studio with a group of friends to crop or shop. I will be closed for inventory
and a much needed holiday from December 21st to Jan 3rd. I will not be shipping items, doing classes, or open
during this time. Be sure to check the calendar for other closure dates and events. If you are new to scrapbooking
just come learn the basics during open hours,  bring some picture and I’ll help you get started.
