| The colder weather is here, perfect to stay warm inside and get some work done on all those projects. I hope you are your family had a great holiday season and Happy New Year! There are many new classes this season. To help you get your holiday pages complete I will be having a Christmas make and take scrapbook class. Also new we have the Friday night “teen” girls class. The class is open to girls from age 8 to 18. We will be making a variety of “girly” projects. Another great new night will be the girls night out crop. This months theme will be “got the Valentine’s Day blue’s?” This will be a night out to celebrate your less than enthusiastic thoughts about Valentine’s Day. The Girls night out will be a late night crop for ladies to get together, and work on projects and socialize. The crop will be from 7:30 PM to 12:00 PM (bi-monthly), that’s right lots of time for all you enthusiasts to come and use all my tools to get your projects done. There will be treats ( I sense some chocolate may be involved) door prizes, and specials for everyone that attends. Also by popular demand I am starting the Paper Bag Album classes. You will get the supplies to make 2 albums. We will make 1 album and if time permits get 2 albums complete. I am still making Accordion album and Page album kits. Clients tell me they are a great deal for only $5.00, great if you are a beginner or just short on time and want to do a 2 page Scrapbooking layout. Check the website for samples of pages some customers made from these kits, they’re really well done. There are lots of other great ideas on the website, have a look. If you are involved in the card swap, cards are due February 18th at the cropping afternoon. We will be taking sign ups for the next card swap, let me know if you are interested. Watch for details on the website. Watch for Double stamp days starting in January. You will earn 2 stamps on your frequent purchase card there will be 1 day a month on a Thursday evening. Want to keep up to date on all that’s happening. Check my public yahoo calendar, the link in the classes section of the website. There you will see dates of all classes, drop in, double stamp days and more. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter notification while you are there. You will be emailed when the newest newsletter is available and be the first to hear about specials and other events. The cropping afternoon this month is on February 18 from 1:00 PM to 4:30PM Cropping afternoons are a great time to meet new people and work on your projects. You can use all my tools, read the latest Scrapbooking and card magazines or just come and chat. The cost is $5.00 or free if you bring a treat to share with everyone. I have surprise specials but you have to come to find out what they are. New products are arriving all the time. Check the website and look for **NEW. New this month are items from Chatterbox, My Mind’s Eye, Junkitz, and much more. Due to the new classes on Friday evenings there will be Friday night drop in only twice a month. Check the website for dates or call to find out if I’m open. Thursday night drop in will continue. I must say, I can’t wait for Thursday nights and I really enjoy the Thursday night group, they are becoming quite the experts and are a lot of fun. Want family and friends to see your pages. I am always looking for submissions for my website as well as testimonials. I can post them in your own gallery. I am especially looking for projects you made at one of my classes, projects from my kits and projects I helped you make or used my products to make. Want to scrapbook or take a class with your own group of friends or family? Book my room for your own private crop or class. Don’t forget: - I have Gift certificates available or I will help you make up a Scrapbooking gift. -The “take a sticker leave a sticker” basket is available and it’s getting full of goodies. -I still do custom scrapbooks, cards and mini albums, just in case you want a homemade gift but don’t have the time to make one.
