This week will be my last week of summer hours (Wed./Thurs 1pm to 9pm), then I will be back to my regular Fall hours (Wed
1pm to 4PM, Thurs/Fri 1pm to 9pm and Saturday 9:30AM to 12:30PM). I am busy working on new the Fall newsletter with Fall
classes, and Fall crop details. I already have registrations coming in for the crop November 21st, please register early as this
Fall crop my sell out!! There are some fun classes in the works for this crop as well!!

This is the last week to enter the Winchester District memorial Hospital Business blitz draw, $ goes towards a state of the art
CT scanner for the hospital. Make any donation and enter the draw for over $75 of scrapbook supplies!!!

 Design Team applications are due at the end of this month, if you have been thinking of submitting an application now is the
time. I have only received a few applications so far!! I am looking for people who do a wide variety of projects. I am also
looking for new paper crafting and art teachers. If you have an interest in teaching at my crops or here in the studio please let
me know. Again I am looking for people who teach a wide variety of different paper crafts and art. Don't forget I am looking for
Children's Design Team members as well!!!

The new Cuttlebug Folders have arrived, Glimmer Mist colours restocked ( I have over 50 colours in stock) Fall Canadian
Scrapbooker Magazine, as well as new Smooch ink colours, the Autumn Bliss papers from LYB and a large assortment of
other new products are here.

Fall CHA items are beginning to pour in, remember I will set items aside for you, so if there is something you really want I will
hold it for you. I will order in what you need as well.

Don't forget the Summer contest entries are due at the end of the month and the new Fall  contest kit will be available soon.

I am busy working on my Fall newsletter and event schedule. I will be having 2 more of the very popular Glimmer Mist
technique classes, a Bo Bunny Summer and wall decor class and much more. I am always open to suggestions. Please let
me know if there are any classes you would like, products or any suggestions at all. MY business had been built by you and I
will continue to provide what you want!! I am always looking for feedback of any kind :)


Once again I am looking for Design Team members. I am happy to say all the current Design team have chosen to stay on. If
you haven’t had a chance you must come by to see all the latest great work they’ve created.  I will be picking one or 2 new
people to join for 2009-2010. Please submit ( Electronically or in  person) 4 or 5 of you best projects ( scrapbook layouts,
cards, altered items) or a link to your blog, and a short Bio, and why I should pick you for the team. The Design team gets to
work with new products when they come in. They get the items for no cost and I display them in the studio. I will be accepting
applications for children’s Design Team members as well. If your child is between 6 and 12 years old. Please  bring in some
of the work they’ve done and they may be picked to be on my children’s Design Team. The deadline for   submissions for the
Design Team is August, 31, 2009.

There are a ton of new products in the studio from : Jillibean Soup, Cosmo Cricket, Fancy Pants, Tattered Angels, Smooch
ink, new Prima crystals and pearls,Pioneer ring albums,Actopus to Zelepant paper and chip board, Crate Paper, new Bazzill
card stock and stitching templates, Bo-Bunny, Bazzill, DCWV, Prima and much  more. If I don’t have what you need I can
order it for you. Ordering is usually done at the end of the month.


My Spring crop was a great success with 40 participants!! Lots of prizes, snacking, great scrapping, classes, and fun was
had by all. I will be having another crop in the Fall, stay tuned for details  date is Nov 21st Congrats to all the prize winners and
to Kimberley who won the card contest and to Joanne who won the scrapbook page contest.






National Scrapbook Day was great, everyone enjoyed the free make and takes and goodies. Many  people took advantage
of the great sales as well. The winner of the Copic marker set was Sherri Steeves. We had a great time and I am sure this will
become an annual event!

Look for our very own Design Team member Jill Sarginson who has two layouts published in the   Summer  edition of The
Canadian Scrapbooker, congrats Jill ! The Summer issue will be available June 1st.

Members don’t forget the last Saturday of every month you can earn double stamps on your reward card!!

I have over 75 different classes to offer. If you want to book a class I will do a class for 3 or more   people, adults, children,
Mom/Dad and me classes, men’s night classes, and more. You can also book my  studio for a crop, crafting party, or other
event.  Some of the classes available are: technique classes, basic scrapbooking, Cuttlebug classes, scrapbook in a box,
accordion album,  canvas wall hanging, clear wall  hanging, CD album, mini albums, card making, and more!!

You are welcome to come work on your projects anytime during open hours.  Memberships are only $30.00 for the whole
calendar year! The  memberships have other benefits as well, ask me for details.

Congrats to Sue Toll who won the Spring Contest kit, she won a $50 gift certificate with entry #10!! Sue made 4 different
projects with her kit, very impressive!!
Everyone's projects had votes and they were all very well done!!

Christmas in July!! There are new papers in the 50 cent paper bin!! Lots of the Fancy Pants Happy Holidays line, but it will go
fast!!

Still lots of new products pouring in, expected on Thursday are the new October Afternoon kits ( Road map, Ducks in a row,
Cherry Hill), I also have a new line of baby boy and baby boy papers by Best creation all with a hint of glitter , lots of other new
goodies, come have a look!! Don't forget all the stamps in stock are 20% off for July!!
